Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Window

YNGSCAPE offers a 3-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Customers must submit their return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving their order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
An incorrect product, size, or design was delivered compared with the confirmed order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
Clear photographs of the issue must be provided.
A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the opening of the sealed package must be submitted.
Valid proof of purchase or an order confirmation must be provided.

An unboxing video is required for our standard verification process. However, claims may also be evaluated using other reliable evidence where required by applicable law.

Important: Returns for personal preference, change of mind, or customer-selected sizing errors are not accepted under our standard policy.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

YNGSCAPE handles return and exchange requests through its official customer support channels.

To initiate a request:

Contact YNGSCAPE through our official support email or WhatsApp number.
Provide your Order ID and registered contact details.
Clearly explain the reason for your return or exchange.
Attach photographs showing the issue.
Include the continuous unboxing video.

Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. All requests are subject to verification and applicable consumer rights.

Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions from YNGSCAPE.

4. Return & Exchange Approval

YNGSCAPE reviews all requests to determine whether they meet the eligibility requirements.

A request may be rejected if:

It is submitted outside the applicable return window.
The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Original tags or packaging are missing without a reasonable explanation.
The submitted evidence is insufficient to verify the claim.
The product does not meet the stated return conditions.

Our quality control team may inspect the returned product before approving an exchange or refund.

YNGSCAPE reserves the right to reject fraudulent or unsupported claims, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Return & Exchange Charges

A ₹100 handling and reverse-shipping fee applies to approved discretionary returns or exchanges where permitted.

For eligible exchanges, the applicable fee must be paid before dispatching the replacement.
For eligible discretionary returns, the applicable fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
The fee covers reverse logistics, handling, and quality inspection.

Important: Customers will not be charged a return or exchange fee for verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products where the seller is responsible or applicable law requires a remedy without additional charges.

Any applicable charges will be communicated before processing the request.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact YNGSCAPE within 3 days of delivery.

Provide:

Your Order ID
Clear images of the product
An unboxing video
A description of the issue

Once the issue is verified, YNGSCAPE may offer an appropriate resolution, including:

Product replacement
Exchange
Refund

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue, product availability, and applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are generally not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges:

Sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items
Customized or personalized clothing
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
Products damaged through improper use or handling
Items without original tags or labels, subject to applicable exceptions
Gift cards

These exclusions do not restrict statutory remedies for defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products.

8. Exchange Policy

YNGSCAPE accepts exchanges for verified eligible claims.

All exchanges are subject to:

Approval by our support team
Product availability
Successful quality inspection
Payment of any applicable exchange fee

If the requested replacement is unavailable, YNGSCAPE may offer an alternative product or a refund, subject to the customer's applicable rights.

Size exchanges for correctly supplied products are not available under our standard exchange policy.

We recommend reviewing the product size chart carefully before placing an order.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided for approved eligible returns.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

For approved refunds:

Refunds for prepaid orders will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable, may be issued through bank transfer or another agreed method.
Refund processing generally takes 3–5 working days after approval.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

If your approved refund has not been received within 10 working days, please contact YNGSCAPE customer support.

Refunds for seller-caused defects or errors will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, subject to their processing status.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through official YNGSCAPE support channels.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot ordinarily be cancelled through the standard cancellation process.
Customized or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Customers retain any cancellation, rejection, or refund rights provided by applicable law.

11. Shipping & Return Pickup

For approved returns or exchanges:

YNGSCAPE will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return pickup availability depends on the customer's delivery location and courier serviceability.
Customers must package returned products securely to prevent damage during transit.
Replacement products will be dispatched after successful verification and processing.

Customers should retain their shipping receipt or tracking information if instructed to send the product through a courier.
